Patricia Ferrando
Founding PartnerThe extended professional career of Patricia has been linked to the field of people development and talent and always in positions with global reach.
She began her career as a professor at IESE in the area of control and soon decided to focus her career toward corporate world. She has been Director of MBA Career Services Department at IESE and Director of Personnel Development in EuroPraxis. In 2007 she takes responsibility for the selection of Indra and brand communication both to employees and candidates.
In 2010 she founded her own company esTalento, to focus on her passion: developing people and impact the organization.
Philologist from the University of Navarra, MBA from IESE, Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by ICF Professional Coach and Co-Active Coaching (CPCC) by CTI. She also is Licensed Practitioner of the Science of Happiness at Work. Patricia has a solid experience as an executive coach with over 4,200 hours of practice.
She is a member of the Executive Coaching unit of the IESE Business School, since 2010, working with senior managers mainly from international companies, with clients in Europe, Asia, Africa and America.
Patricia works in Spanish, English, French and Catalan and lives in Barcelona. She is recognized for her optimism, enthusiasm, listening skills, empathy and strong commitment with clients.
Marta Salgado
PartnerMarta works as Executive and Career Coach, being her customers both, companies which offer coaching as part of their leadership development programs, as well as individuals. She is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as Professional Certified Coach (PCC), by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) as Certified Co-Active Coach and by the Centre for Right Relationship Systems as Systems and Organizational Coach.
Marta holds a Law Degree from the Complutense University in Madrid as well as a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from the CEOE in Madrid. She works in English, French and Spanish.
She developed her career in Human Resources, starting as an HR consultant with the French MOA-BPI Group, focusing on Career Transition and Change Management. Later on she headed the area for executive career transition management in the same company, before starting to manage the Barcelona Office for Uniconsult the local Spanish partner of Right Management.
Since 2012 she is a partner in “esTalento” a small leadership and talent management consulting firm working with individuals and corporate clients. She is also part of the Executive Coaching unit of the IESE Business School, working with senior executives from different industries and diverse cultural backgrounds from around the globe.
Marta lives in Basel, Switzerland. In her professional environment she is known for her listening skills, her empathy, her flexibility and commitment to the person.
