With over 30 years of experience, my professional career has always been focused on talent development and people growth, holding high-impact positions at a global level.

I began my career as a professor at IESE in the area of management control, but soon discovered that my true vocation lay in the corporate world. Over the years, I led the MBA Career Services Department at IESE and served as Director of People Development at EuroPraxis. Later, I took on global responsibility for talent acquisition and employer branding at Indra, working both with employees and candidates.

In 2010, I decided to take a new direction in my career and launch my own project, with the aim of dedicating myself fully to what truly inspires me: developing people and creating a positive impact within organizations.

I hold a degree in Philology and an MBA from IESE, and I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the ICF, the highest certification awarded by the organization. I am also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) by CTI, DISC certified, a Licensed Practitioner of the B5-PLUS Personality Inventory, and the F60 Cognitive Intelligence Test. I have completed training in Conscious Business Coaching with Fred Kofman and am a Licensed Practitioner of the Science of Happiness at Work methodology.

With over 5,000 hours of executive coaching experience, I have worked with senior leaders and teams in international environments. Since 2010, I have been part of the Executive Coaching Unit at IESE Business School, where I collaborate with executives from global companies across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. I am fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Catalan, and I am based in Barcelona.

With more than 5,000 hours and 13 years of coaching experience, I am specialized in accompanying executives to enhance their personal and professional performance. I am passionate about facilitating a process of self-discovery that allows people to reach their best version of themselves.

My coaching approach is approachable, challenging and motivating, creating a space of trust where transformational changes take place.

As a Master Certified Coach (MCC) accredited by the ICF, I hold certifications as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) by CTI and Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC) by CRR Global. This training provides me with a solid foundation to help people live with greater purpose, clarity and passion.

Prior to coaching, I held executive positions in the Outplacement and Career Transition industry, leading high impact projects for globally recognized companies.

I have a law degree and postgraduate studies in Business Administration. Since 2012, I am a partner at esTalento and actively collaborate as a member of the Executive Coaching Unit at IESE Business School, offering coaching to boost executive development.

I currently live in Basel, Switzerland, and work in English, French and Spanish. I collaborate with executives from Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia, supporting them in navigating the complexities of multicultural environments.

From experience to transformation

About us

In 2010, we were both working in executive roles in large organizations. It was there that we realized something that changed everything: real change comes not only from strategies or processes, but from the personal growth of those who lead projects.

We left our corporate careers because we shared a vision: to transform leadership and teams from within. Thus esTalento was born, a space where we combine our experience in the business world with a passion for helping people grow.

Today, we remain committed to that mission. We help leaders and teams to discover their best version of themselves, to thrive in a global environment and to transform their talent into real results. Because we are convinced that talent is not only found, but also cultivated and transformed.
